The Patriot Front case featured the civil rights era "ku klux klan act" which describes as criminal the same acts done by thousands of BLM and Antifa terrorists over the last 10 years and there hasn't been a single charge under the act brought against them.
Those who engage in the unequal application of justice are guilty, period. It should be a capital offense, just like the rights violations under color of authority are.
Until judges, DAs, and juries who engage in this dereliction and malfeasance are routinely lined up and shot for it, nothing will change. They do it because they don't get any consequences. Let's change that.
